Established in 2004, Winbirra Farm had 15 trees and 8 dams and not much else on its 212 acres. Since then, John and Catriona Byrne have embarked on major re-vegetation projects, pasture improvement programs and infrastructure projects. In 2013, Andrew and Emily Byrne joined the family partnership with a commitment to growing Angus cattle and producing premium grass fed beef to discerning local buyers. We are ardent supporters of local quality produce and encourage everyone to ask the question, 'Where does my food come from?'
