Like most others I found I needed a change, a challenge. With my love of fitness and my passion for a healthy life I decided to go back to school and study fitness.
Now finished Cert 3 and 4 Fitness along with a qualified Level 1 MovNat trainer some would say we are even more passionate and dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
