Vasnas Designs - Out of the Ordinary

I have always loved beads. Nowadays I source unusual beads which I use to make unique jewellery pieces. I never make 2 the same. I also love fabric and sewing. Silk is my preferred fabric. Lately I have been making wrap skirts for all shapes and sizes using vintage Japanese kimono silks, vintage Indian sari silks and other wonderful silks. In 2014, I travelled to Indonesia, China and India to learn about natural fabrics and natural dyeing.
It is a great pleasure to share my love and knowledge with visitors in my shop. Not only a feast for the eyes, but something to suit everyone from a few dollars to a few hundred dollars.
