We use the freshest quality vegetables, meats and seafood. We believe in seasonality, sustainability, and wherever possible supporting local farmers.

Our wine selection highlights the unique flavours and integrity of Orange grapes and vineyards, and showcases the skill and talent of our local winemakers.

Our on-site vegetable patch yields an impressive array of seasonal herbs and vegetables that are incorporated daily into our menu. The garden is lovingly tended to by the UB’s team of passionate chefs.
