TASTINGS

Unfortunately I am unable to do tastings. A tasting may be available given certain circumstances. Please contact me for details.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Changes made 7 days or less before due date will incur a service fee. This is because I may not already have specific supplies to meet your needs and will need to source them.

DELIVERY / PICK UP

Delivery to your event location will incur a delivery fee.

Cakes can, of course, be picked up. If you do decide to collect your cake and transport it yourself, Unicorns & Rainbows Cupcakery is not liable once it has left the premises. I do everything in my power to provide a well structured cake, but cakes and their decorations are very fragile and break easily. Please drive carefully with your cake on board.

Delivery will be charged at a rate of .25c per kilometre, with a minimum delivery fee of $15.

Where possible, cakes are delivered on a sized cardboard cake board in an appropriate box.

DEPOSITS / PAYMENT

In order to schedule your cake on your event date, a 50% non refundable deposit is required. Without the deposit, I may not be able to hold your date.

Final payment is required ONE WEEK prior to your event.

OUTSIDE EVENTS

Cakes placed outside for events have the possibility of melting or deforming due to heat, especially during hot weather. We are not liable once a cake has been delivered or picked up.
