Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

Twinkle Toes and Pretty Bows is happy to exchange or refund your item (minus postage costs) in the form of a store credit to use at Twinkle Toes and Pretty Bows.

Items must be unworn, unused, tagged & returned within 2 weeks of purchase. Twinkle Toes and Pretty Bows the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.

Exchanges:

Items must be returned with a Reply Paid satchel and upon receival of the returned items your new items will then be shipped out to you.

Returns:

Store credit will be issued upon return of goods. Multiple transactional fees occur with every transaction placed including refunds. This is why we issue store credits rather than full refunds.
