HypnoBirthing® is both a philosophy and a technique, that teaches simple but specific self hypnosis, visualisation, relaxation and breathing techniques to help you experience a better birth.

The aim of HypnoBirthing® is to create a calm atmosphere were you are totally relaxed, but fully in control and aware of your bodies surges. By being free from the resistance fear and tension creates, your body can work in perfect harmony.

The HypnoBirthing® Course
The course is made up of 4 weekly classes, each lasting 2-21/2 hours.
- Unit 1: Building a positive expectancy
- Unit 2: Falling in love with your baby/preparing mind and body
- Unit 3: Getting ready to welcome your baby
- Unit 4: An overview of birthing – A labour of love
- Unit 5: Birth – Breathing love – Bringing life.

During the 4 week course you will learn:
- How the female body is designed for birthing.
- How our emotions can affect our birthing experience.
- What causes the pain during labour.
- How to achieve a deep relaxed state.
- How to prepare a birth plan.
- How to breathe during labour and birth.
- How to maximize bonding before, during and after the birth.
- How the birth companion can assist and be an advocate for their partner and baby.

Cost:
Included in the cost is the HypnoBirthing® handbook, the Rainbow Relaxation CD and any additional resources that you will need.
Individual home visits - POA
Group Sessions - $400
