Having lived in and around Ballarat his whole life, Troy knows the territory well. His career has been focussed on sales and progressed to management as his people skills have developed to a high level. He holds a Diploma of Senior Management.

He loves travel and has spent a good part of his holidays over the years in the USA, UK and Thailand - he loves a chat about travel if you get a chance. He is also a life member of the Rokewood Football Club having played over 300 games for the Grasshoppers. He is married with three children, whilst also being a foster carer for over 80 children in the last 9 years!
