Hey! My name is Nicole, I have been involved in group and personal training as a client for 5 years now and am very excited to expand from member to trainer! Since finishing school I have been drawn to the health industry, but it took me a couple of years to figure out where I fit in. After a couple of years at Uni, I decided, with the support of Nathan to complete my Certificate III and IV in Fitness and haven’t looked back. I am excited to use these qualifications, along with my certificate IV in massage therapy to promote health and wellness. I will be expanding my knowledge with a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy and a Diploma of Fitness and look forward to sharing and applying these skills to HELP YOU TRIUMPH YOUR GOALS!
