Gym Etiquette
1. Proper training attire must be worn at all times.
- No jeans, work boots or pants, open toe shoes, dress attire.
2. Gym towels are compulsory.
3. Follow appropriate safety and etiquette practices, courtesy towards others, equipment and facilities. 4. Only use equipment and exercises you have knowledge of, or seek advice.
5. Spotters must be utilised when and where appropriate.
6. Return equipment to appropriate racks.
