The Toowoomba Region Council manages 12 district libraries which residents of Queensland join and enjoy free-of-charge.
These libraries offer vibrant young people’s programs, author visits, Friends of Libraries activities and home deliveries to people who are unable to visit the library themselves. Many other services are available from various libraries such as internet access, computer classes, special programs, local history information and online databases.
Available to borrow are fiction and non-fiction books, large print books, audio books, music CDs, e-audio-books, DVDs, a Language other than English collection, learning another language material and magazines. To become a Toowoomba Regional library member, all you will only need is identification showing your Queensland residential address.
