Hi there! my name is Kim,

I am a busy mother of 3 children and happily married to my husband of over 12 years. I have been in the fitness industry for almost a decade helping women achieve their health and fitness goals. As a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Wellness Coach and am currently undertaking my Nutrition Degree specifically for women.

I am extremely passionate and dedicated to helping women, particularity mothers, to achieve their health and fitness goals using a holistic approach due to my own personal experience from going from an overweight size 18 to placing in the ACT bikini Mumma. A journey which led me to the wonderful world of health and fitness!

Now it's my turn to help you. Never give up because YOU deserve it. I became a better person, mother and wife, and as I said before, my goal in life now is to inspire and drive other mothers with their own health and fitness journey.
