The Yoga Wagon

Yoga is not just a physical exercise, it is a practice of the mind, body and soul based on an ancient philosophy out of India. It is the vision of The Yoga Wagon to reach out to people seeking to learn Yoga, meditation and healthier ways of living to spread the traditional knowledge that Yoga has to offer. Yoga is beyond what is perceived on social media with contortionist poses for only slim and fit people. Yoga has much more to offer than this and is accessible to anyone and everyone. It is a practice of self-exploration, empowerment, awareness and acceptance where we can bring ourselves to better understand who we truly are, what we are capable of, and essentially live the exact lives we want to live. I have experienced this through Yoga and only dream for people to realise that life does not have to have boundaries, and that we are perfect just the way that we are.
