The Yoga Doctor

My yoga style is a mixture of Ashtanga, Iyengar, Bikram and Core vinyasa.
My classes are unique, and held in two locations in Cairns.
In Freshwater, at the Tennis Club, upstairs in the Clubhouse, &
In Stratford, opposite the Bowls Club, behind the service station.

Just bring a towel and a water bottle (your own mat if you have one, otherwise I do have a limited number of mats available) and avoid eating a large meal within 2 hours of the class commencing .....

All classes are suitable for a beginner or advanced student.



PRICES :

Public classes are $10 (1 hr)
5 class passes are $50 (no expiry)

Donation is available if you are struggling financially.
Please discuss with me after your class if you would like to offer a donation instead of paying the allocated price.
