*THE WRECKING DECK - Chin Ups & Pull Ups, toes to bar, boxing and kickboxing, TRX, Dips etc
* THE INSANITY FIELD - Body weighted high intensity cardio
*THE IRON PIT - Barbells, dumbells, sandbags kettlebells, cable crossover machine, bikes
and
*THE BATTLE FIELD - Climbing wall, battle ropes, tractor tyres, sledgehammers, slamball, med balls etc
