Our farmers are committed to the health and wellbeing of their animals, soil and plants. No chemical fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides, growth promotants, GMO's or antibiotics are used at any time.

Having been in the industry for 40 years, our Master Butcher has an excellent reputation, and has been involved in the Organic meat Industry for over 10 years, building up solid relationships with our trusted farmers, visiting organic farms and seeing the animals first hand.

Our specialised Butchery has the utmost reputation for quality and variety. We stock Certified Organic Lamb, Beef, Pork, Poultry and Eggs and Canadian wild caught salmon.
We smoke our own bacon and hams, with no added nitrate.
A wide range of sausages and burgers are also made on the premises - grain free, no fillers or preservatives used. We also make to order with the freshest ingredients to your own recipes and specifications.
