My name is Dusty Schofield and I am the owner of The Web Drifter. I have a Bachelor of Information Technology (IT) specialising in networking. I have worked in the IT industry for over six years.

When talking to peers and clients, I constantly hear stories about companies who pay a lot to have their website hosted. I have also been told that companies out there don’t allow you as a customer to update your content without paying them a fee. This usually applies to any change no matter how big or small. This totally frustrates me because I believe the content on your site is yours!

At The Web Drifter, we will build your site with a content management system (wordpress) that you can use to maintain and update your own content. Whenever you like! It is my core belief that you should be able to have your business on the web in a cost effective way.

My vision for The Web Drifter is that your business is more than just building a few webpages. It’s about bringing your dream of a successful online business to life. Other companies just focus on the output of a website; but I believe that your website is going to be the foundation for a successful business and needs to be built that way.
