At the Rib Cage we are passionate about BBQ, taking time to deliver a unique dining experience. We serve real BBQ, cooked with real smoke, from real wood. Hickory, Mesquite and Applewood are used to smoke, roast and chargrill our locally sourced ingredients, until they are tender, succulent and delicious. All of our hand-made sauces are derived from traditional recipes.
