I offer a range of hand made equestrian accessories that can be personalised to fit yourself and your equine friend.
Everything from the lettering, colour of material to the size is all customisable allowing you to choose all the extra personal details that are important to yourself.
I am available to take orders throughout the week, however I only sew on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays when not in holidays.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING WITH THE QUIRKY EQUESTRIAN:

DISCREPANCY OF TRADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS -
The Quirky Equestrian maintains the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When Terms and Conditions are updated the revised date can be noted at the bottom of this text. We encourage buyers to ensure they are aware of these conditions and of any updates to this page.

ORDERS AND PRICE QUOTATIONS -
All orders must be confirmed in writing either via private message, email or SMS and must be made directly to “The Quirky Equestrian” owner Katia Ercoles. Verbal orders will not be accepted. All changes and details made to orders must be found in precise written documentation otherwise the order will be considered void and shall be sent as is without changes, no refunds will be provided.
Prices found within this page are only to be considered as guide, the Quirky Equestrian has no obligation to set these prices and often variations will occur. The Quirky Equestrian creates all items from scratch and from home meaning that there is no second or third party exchange that occurs with your goods, due to this the prices can change without notice due to numerous wholesale suppliers being involved in creating your items. When producing an order materials are often supplied from a range of sources causing the discrepancy in prices. Due to supplier rates changing, prices are set under review every three weeks however this does not mean that the price is set nor does it mean that this page will remain up to date in every area. Prices may change without notice due to these changes and may be altered at any time until an order is placed and given an exact quotation.
When you place an order you are entering a contract as a single entity with The Quirky Equestrian. An order will not be confirmed until a full payment or a 50% deposit is made, this is non negotiable. A deposit can only be made on orders worth over $150 and items will not be posted until the complete balance is made. By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.

COLOURS AND SAMPLES -
The colours or materials pictured throughout this page may be viewed differently on every browser thus resulting in changes of the colours viewed. If an exact colour is required samples of colour swatches can be ordered at a cost of $0.80 a swatch or for 6 or more swatches $0.60. A swatch is approximately 5 x 5cms. Samples of binding or piping materials can also be ordered for $0.50 for a 5cm swatch. Samples of embroidery coloured flosses are free to order and of a 5cm length. Postage costs will be applied to sending these swatches, we can guarantee that postage will be no more that $5.00.
No more than 15 swatches can be collected during one transaction and only 15 swatches will be allowed per person.
We recommend you order colour and material samples before ordering to ensure you are happy with your colour matches.
We do not offer samples of finished products.

PAYMENT TERMS -
Full payment or a 50% deposit for orders over $150 is required prior to your goods being produced, the balance can be made when goods are ready to dispatch.
Payment details for a direct deposit will be provided upon confirmation of your order.

DELIVERY AND POSTAGE -
Please allow up to 4 weeks for the turnover of your goods from the receipt of payment, especially during peak periods. If materials are all ready available turnover can be less than 2 days. If orders are required for a specific date please contact The Quirky Equestrian directly, further charges can be applied if required.
Postage costs are in addition to your orders from The Quirky Equestrian, these costs are added to your final quotation and can be found in your invoice. Cost can range from $5-$20 depending on the size and weight of your order.
We are not responsible for the loss, delay or damage to your goods during transit.


CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS -
Once your order has been confirmed and paid for no cancellations will be accepted. Cancellation must be made prior to full payment or 50% deposit being made and no refunds will be given if you choose to cancel your order during the production period.
If you feel your items have been damaged or are faulty a claim must be made within 5 days of receiving your goods and must be in writing. Verbal claims will not be accepted. We will not be responsible for the return postage of your goods to The Quirky Equestrian. Returns and claims will only be accepted if a true fault can be found within your goods, these goods must be received first by The Quirky Equestrian for review before repairs or a replacement will be sent.
We do not offer any refunds for any circumstances.
