The Player - La Trobe Student Theatre & Film

The Player is La Trobe Student Theatre and Film's monthly online magazine. It has grown from a publication of a dozen pages (and even at one point a single sheet of A4 folded in half, printed off on the office computer) to a 40+ page magazine (in colour) that is sent out to our 400 something members via email and uploaded to our blog studenttheatreandfilm.blogspot.com and made available for public download.

The Player is constantly on the look out for contributors - be they writers, reviewers, interviewers, copy editors, layout designers, cartoonists, illustrators, photographers, models and other makers of cool things.

Our upcoming issues are:

APRIL: MOAT EDITION - a round up of all reviews, features and photos on Student Theatre's biggest event of the year, Moat Festival

MAY: MUSIC EDITION - This edition will boast a rockstar photo shoot and a mix CD compiled by the Player team.

The deadline for submissions is the first of every month, and submissions should be sent to theplayerstf@gmail.com.
