Who are we?

Chris Digby
Owner / Manager

Chris grew up playing football, swimming, athletics and diving where he competed at State level, however it was through dance that he first encountered Pilates as a way to strengthen his body and help with injury prevention.

Chris has a Diploma in Professional Pilates Instruction as well as Pilates Mat and Pilates Studio Certifications. He is certified in the Ron Fletcher program of study for Towelwork, Floorwork and Barrework. Chris has travelled to the United States on several occasions to study the original, authentic Pilates method with many 1st and 2nd generation Pilates teachers

Chris has presented at many conferences throughout Australia on the subject of Pilates.

Chris is committed to sharing the corrective nature of Pilates with his clients whilst focusing on the athletic and strong roots of the original Joseph Pilates work.


Marena Digby
Owner / Manager

Marena’s love of dance first brought her to Pilates where she worked to strengthen her body for her demanding workload and to help with injury prevention. She also worked as a trainer for Les Mills Asia Pacific, where she presented and trained instructors both nationally and internationally.

Marena has a Diploma in Professional Pilates Instruction as well as Pilates Mat and Pilates Studio Certifications. She has studied with Pilates International, Polester International, Helen Tardent and Stott Pilates. Marena has travelled to the United States on several occasions to study the original, authentic Pilates method with many 1st and 2nd generation Pilates teachers. Marena is also a qualified massage therapist.

Marena has presented at many conferences such a Filex throughout Australia on the subject of Pilates.

Her passion for Pilates is rooted in its ability to heal, rehabilitate and restore the body.
