* We roast each single origin bean to the point where the beans flavours are at their best - we refer to this as the “sweet spot”
* We taste each roasted batch for flavor and consistency.
We blend all five freshly roasted origins using our human senses to create the perfect profile. “Post roast blending” is the key to a truly balanced coffee blend.
* We package thoughtfully when the beans are fresh, using clever bags with one-way valves to let out the gases (only emitted from very fresh coffee)
* We select the most discerning cafes, talented baristas and passionate coffee drinkers to share the joy of the beans and to make perfect coffee with them.
* We supply with swift care so our customers get freshly roasted coffee beans weekly.
* We train & share knowledge with all our cafe customers and their staff to ensure they are empowered to make the best espresso.
* We repair & maintain our local customers equipment so they never have to worry about their coffee machine again.
