The Jungle Body is a Perth-based fitness program aimed at delivering a different group fitness option for women - one that fuses different styles and movements to a variety of music and regularly changes to stimulate both the mind and body.
The Jungle Body consists of 5 class types-
KONGA - a fusion of dance, boxing and Pilates, choregraphed to pop, dance, afro, hip hop & old school, to give participants a full body workout! 700 calories.
JAGUA - a ballet, dance, Yoga, Pilates-inspired sculpting class, choreographed to pop, rock, hip hop, afro & old school music. 400 calories.
BURN - a strengthening and toning class, inspired by dance, using your own 1.5-2kg dumbbells, choreographed to pop, hip hop, afro & old school music. 400 calories.
TYGA - the ultimate dance class! 600 calories.
VYPA - a high intensity cardio and plyometric exercise class! 800 calories.
