Constructed from local sandstone, decorated with polished blue gum and furnished with sumptuous leather lounges, The Hermitage offers a level of luxury and comfort rarely found in Sydney restaurants. A double fronted open fire place for Winter, and a relaxing country style verandah for the warmer months only add to the wonderful atmosphere.

The Hermitage employs Chefs with superb fine dining backgrounds, creating quality innovative cuisine using international techniques and influences.
