The Hair Cottage is a small business located in the township of Mirani, up the picturesque Pioneer Valley which is a short drive from Mackay.
The busy hair dressing salon has been successfully operating for the past 23 years and is managed and owned by Michele Bourke, who has been Hair Dressing for nearly 40 years!
Between 3 very experienced Senior Hairdressers and a combined knowledge spanning over 90 years- Michele, Diane and Paula, are sure to find a suitable style for everyone at any age.
Michele Bourke- Started her apprenticeship in 1975 and has been in the industry ever since. Michele has been a Technical Adviser for a leading colour company with an extensive knowledge in this area.
Diane Baker- Born and bred in the Pioneer Valley Dianne joined the team at The Hair Cottage 17 years ago. Dianne has competed in many hairdressing competitions in Mackay and has been very successful. Dianne is an excellent colourist and stylist with a great deal of experience.
Paula Morrow- Also a local of the Valley, Paula joined us 8 years ago after a very successful hairdressing career in Mackay. Paula is an amazing stylist who also has competed in hairdressing competions with great success. Paula is also an excellent colourist and stylist with a great deal of experience.
