Chef Nikki Higginbotham has been working in commercial kitchens for over 26 years.
She has established and honed her expertise in several renowned local restaurants & cafes in the Shoalhaven over the past 20 years. Nikki trained on the north coast under distinguished saucier and seafood chef Kelvin Jones, and then went on to work with several European chefs.
Nikki has travelled extensively through Asia and Europe and back to Australia, this has allowed her to explore various expertise and techniques expanding her culinary education. Nikki has also trained in the art of French Pastry creating classic French pastries, cakes and exquisite desserts.
Specialising in sustainable dining, Nikki includes locally farmed organic fruit and vegetables in her dishes and is inspired by local ingredients.

All of Nikki’s award winning dishes are made on the premises.
Heading up front of house is Rebecca Clarke. Rebecca is an experienced barista and has a diploma in events management, ensuring that your event will run smoothly.
