the food eXchange are proud to be the current managers of the VFMA accredited Tallarook & Nagambie Farmers' Markets and also the Avenel Market.

~Bulk Foods~
The BEAM Bulk Food Scheme is proudly managed by the food eXchange and aims to provide residents of Mitchell Shire and surrounds a source of local, organic and ethically produced foods at an affordable cost.

The food eXchange website (www.exchangefood.org) contains links to local food producers, suppliers, markets and community groups in the Seymour and surrounding regions.

~ Radio Show ~
Join an engaged and enthusiastic community conversation about local food, local farmers and producers, food initiatives, healthier eating and more. The food eXchange radio show is a weekly program that brings listeners in-depth interviews and stories about local farmers and food producers.
