We don’t want you to starve which is why our Doctors are going to give you a controlled personalised meal plan which achieves results.

Our chefs are bound to provide fresh and impeccably balanced flavours across a fare of cultural cuisines. They have an eye for detail and an even better knack for putting together uncomplicated, perfectly executed dishes. It’s hard to believe that healthy tastes this great!

At $10 a meal, our dishes are healthy, easy and perfectly executed. Most, if not all of our food is fresh.

There will be 5 days in your meal plan for the week. This guarantees that we stand by our promise to deliver sustainable lifestyle change and gives you 2 days a week to practice your life changing skills. These days will help you to put in practice what you have been seeing, eating and living over the previous 5 days under our guidance. We want your changes to be sustainable and life long!
