Created by one of Australia's prominent artists and illustrators, Gregory Bridges, The Blend – a bustling cafe in Sydney's Toongabbie – combines the age-old partners of art and coffee. With a relaxed ambience, eclectic furnishings, and sunlight beaming through the windows, The Blend seems to transport you to another time and place, its layout drawing you towards the counter. Using their own boutique coffee blends, 'Dark Angel' and 'Bright Angel', The Blend will satisfy your caffeine cravings as well as your food ones with a range of light bites, daily specials and homemade cakes, all based on fresh local produce. Kick start the day with a full Aussie breakfast of scrambled organic eggs, toasted sourdough, bacon, roast tomato, chorizo and mushrooms.
