Renowned Pizzaiolo Pietro Minniti is back!
This time located in the upcoming and booming area of Northcote.
Tempo established in 1987 was previously located in North Carlton, and was the owners’ first business. It was there where the passion for Gelato and Pizza began. Following on from the success at Tempo, Peter and wife Cecilia have boasted extensive experience in the inner city of Melbourne in Degraves St and St. Kilda on Fitzroy St.
First and foremost Mr.Minniti is known for his Pizza and in 2014 he received a Silver Medal for his Pizza Acrobatics and was also highly recognised for his Margherita and Dessert Pizzas. From these achievements Peter was given a place on the Australian Pizza Team.
In the most recent years Peter has travelled back and forth to Italy. Where he has been trained with the ‘Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana’ and ‘Babbi Gelato Academy’.
