At Tam Tam’s Family Day Care I believe in providing a loving and caring environment and I want to give the families the feeling of a home away from home.

I recognise that each child is a unique individual with their own abilities, techniques and ideas. I will provide the children with opportunities that encourage further development at their own pace.
This centre will provide a stimulating environment and will facilitate the children’s interests in both indoor and outdoor areas with a program that is catered for the children’s individual needs.
I will provide a clean and safe environment where children can explore and learn without harm.
I have an attitude that is non-judgemental and I will treat all children equally with the same respect and opportunities.
I will encourage decision making and allow the children to make their own choices, I will ensure a peaceful resolution of conflicts.
I welcome parental involvement at whatever levels parents feel comfortable with including suggestions, comments and participation.
I will be open to all opinions and freedom of speech.
