Carolyn Whitehead, the Principal and Coach at SUPER TEENS, established the business with a very simple focus: to get young people Skilled Up, Prepared, and Employment Ready.

Just as you wouldn’t apply for a job as a carpenter without knowing which tools are which or to work in an office without being able to use a phone or computer, you shouldn’t go out into the workforce without some basic knowhow.

Over 20 years in Human Resources, Carolyn has seen all sorts of gaffes, blunders, oversights, and indiscretions, leading to people either not getting a job or losing the one they had.

By teaching young people how to prepare, search, apply, and interview for a job, SUPER TEENS provides the key skills and knowledge that can easily make the difference between having your application overlooked and being regarded as a standout candidate.

As the mother of a bright young child, Carolyn has not only a heightened awareness of the challenges facing young people, but also additional inspiration and motivation to help them face and conquer those challenges.

Carolyn is also available for one-one-on coaching, as a guest speaker on employability and workplace behaviour, and as a consultant to businesses that either don't have an internal HR capacity or are looking for an independent review of their processes and structures.
