Due to a large number of missed appointments we have now implemented a Late Cancellation or No Show Policy.
We understand things pop up but a quick message helps a lot. Too many times we're left wondering where you are...
24 HOURS notice is now required if you need to reschedule or cancel your booked appointment.
Last minute cancellations and No show's will now incur a $20 fee that will be added to your next appointment.
Your appointment is specially reserved for you, with a wait list for new or irregular clients standing by for any vacancies.
3 consecutive late cancellations or no shows will no longer have their spots reserved and will be added to the wait list as its not fair to those already waiting and missing out on appointments.
