So who am I, and what are my values – what do I believe in ?
Born in Balloch, Scotland (google it, it’s a lovely place !) after many years in Information Technology, I decided that I wanted to change where I lived and what I did for a living.
So we sold our house, packed everything into a shipping container and came to Australia. I had never been here before. Well and truly outside my comfort zone. Great decision. Great place to live. Great place to bring up a family.
I opened my own office because I wanted to be in Real Estate, but did not share the same values as either those around me or my competition.
So I decided to do it my way.
I operate in an open and honest way and see it as my role to provide accurate and impartial information to allow you, the customer to make an informed decision. This may mean that we work together now, or perhaps later or maybe we don’t work together at all ! And that’s ok, because it’s not about me, and it’s not about Elders and it’s not about money.
It’s about helping you to achieve what you want, when you want to achieve it, how you want to achieve it and delivering an experience that results in you thinking and repeating to other people that Steve at Elders really IS different – he acts with integrity, honesty, enthusiasm and delivers accurate and impartial advice. He puts deals together with his clients best interest in mind at all times, goes that extra mile, if that’s what it takes and he’s easy to get along with. He’s the guy that I want to deal with in Real Estate.
