Balance is a state of equilibrium, a healthy state of soul mind and body.

In the symbol of Yin Yang – within yin is an aspect of yang, within yang is an aspect of yin. Yin and Yang is two, exist in duality that originated from one whole (yin yang circle is 1 whole)

Humanity lives in a state of polarized illusions, where everything in our reality is duality, eg. Positive and negative, light and dark, we can’t see both sides of the sun the same times. This illusion is governed by what we known as the Universal Laws and Principles. Which basically are laws that cast upon creation for the purpose of providing order, governance and guidance towards a state of oneness (We came from light and find our way back to light). They exist for the purpose of restoring balance to our dualistic reality. No human being is escape of this law, and so it is beneficial to understand and living in accordance with nature’s way.
