PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS
Accounts are issued fortnightly and are invoiced for in
arrears. Payment is due by close of business every second Friday. Accounts that are not paid by the due date (as stated on the account) will incur a late payment fee of $23.10.
Accounts more than 2 weeks overdue will incur a $46.20 late payment fee. Care will also be cancelled until the account has been paid in full. Failure to pay your account by the due date may result in action being taken by the Sorell Council to
recover the debt. Any collection costs incurred by the service will be added to the account.
Payments can be made:
At the Malunna Child Care Centre
EFTPOS ONLY. NO CASH ACCEPTED!
At the Sorell Council Chambers.
By post, via the payment slip at the bottom of your
account.
Via BPAY - Reference number located on your account.

CHILD CARE BENEFIT
Child Care Benefit is a Commonwealth Government rebate on fees and is available to most parents. You should apply to the Family Assistance Office for Child Care Benefit. The phone
number for the FAO is 13 6150.
THE CHILD CARE BENEFIT IS NOT PAID ON THE
CANCELLATION FEE OR LATE COLLECTION FEES.

BEFORE YOUR CHILD IS ABLE TO ATTEND OSHC WE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Completed Enrolment/Booking form (D.O.B, CRN etc).
Immunisation details.
Medication form (where applicable).
Excursion Permission form should be signed when
completing the enrolment form. Your child will not be able to go on an excursion without a signed excursion
permission form (where applicable).

Our Service complies with the Commonwealth
Government Priority of Access Guidelines. A waiting list will operate once all places have been filled. Places are strictly
limited.
