Solutions for Wellbeing is Kiama's one stop treatment, fitness and prevention centre combining the best of current physical therapy including Osteopathy, "hands on" techniques, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Pilates equipment and mat programs, Whole Body Vibration technology and personal training to provide the best possible recovery and improved wellbeing.

During 30 years of practice we have developed effective approaches to a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including arthritis, headache, neck and back pain, sports injuries, pregnancy and post-partum care, rehabilitation after surgery, osteoporosis, and more.

Our personal training studio is fully equipped and at $49 per fortnight for unlimited use under shared supervision it's affordable, fun and effective.
