SJ Growth Solutions was founded by Susan Johnson to help people grow their business by growing the
knowledge and skills of their people.
With over 24 years experience in the finance industry and having started her first business 10 years ago
(in 2001), Susan found that by investing the time to grow her own knowledge, skills and relationships
with the people around her, she was successful in growing her business during a particularly challenging
time in the finance industry; when other more established Finance and Mortgage Brokers were leaving
their businesses in droves.
Susan's passion has always been to help people. Now her passion is specifically focused on:-
- helping people grow the knowledge and skills they need to grow their business;
- helping people grow the knowledge and skills of the people in their business;
