*Terms and Conditions*
All Sweet Sheets Perth content is subject to copyright and may not be reproduced in any form without express written consent from the author.
Due to edible ink being "food colouring ink", some colours may not print with exactly the same shades as they appear on the source image file. This is a known issue with all edible print systems and considered being normal.
Black food colouring is made using many colours, as a result any areas with grey shading can sometimes have a blue, green or purple hue to them, although we do our best in printer calibration to avoid or at least minimize such effect whenever possible. This will be more apparent in black and white photos.
Colours like blue, green, red, yellow, orange, pink and purple print well but may not be exact matches. Large black areas or backgrounds may not print well and Sweet Sheets Perth even may reject your image if you send it or offer printing it at your own risk if you like. Please keep in mind this is to ensure your satisfaction.
Edible ink will not print exactly the same as a regular printer. We certainly understand that some clients may be particular about colour when it comes to their logos. If you are concerned with the colour output please contact me via email or private message on Facebook.
Sweet Sheets Perth cannot be responsible for print care, storage and transportation once the print is given to the customer.

*Providing an Image to print*
By uploading/providing your image, you as a customer are responsible for obtaining all copyright and the authorization to use the image. Sweet Sheets Perth offers and takes responsibility for printing services only and does not sell any license images as a product.
By placing an order with Sweet Sheets Perth, you are certifying that you have permission to use the images that have been provided to us; that any images you are using will not violate any copyrights.
Any image provided by you, will be printed to the quality it was received in. Sweet Sheets Perth will only provide minor editing if requested by you and will apply further charges if you require the images to be re-printed and will not be held responsible if the image is not printed to your satisfaction. Therefore please check the quality/contrast/brightness etc before sending your image.

*Use/Storage of the Edible Images*
The instructions provided with your order have been supplied by the manufacturer of the edible images themselves. Sweet Sheets Perth is only a printing service and stores the products as per advice from the manufacturer. Sweet Sheets Perth will not be held liable or provide a refund if you have difficulties using the images or removing them from the sheet.
STORAGE
Keep your photo icing in its bag until you are ready to use it.
Keep it flat and don't put anything on top of it to risk spoiling it.
Keep it out of direct sunlight or the colours may fade
They can stay edible for several months, but we recommend that you use within two weeks for the picture to stay sharp.
You may be able store your cake for some time after you have applied the picture, depending on the type of cake and icing used.

*Changes to Terms and Conditions*
Sweet Sheets Perth reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms & Conditions under which is offered at any time without notification. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will supersede all previous versions. Sweet Sheets Perth encourages you to review the Terms & Conditions regularly to stay informed of any updates.

*Privacy*
Sweet Sheets Perth will not to share your contact details with anyone else or to use them for any purposes other than to reply to you.

*Indemnification*
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sweet Sheets Perth, its owner, employees, sub consultants, agents and third parties, for any damages, losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use its services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
Sweet Sheets Perth reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Sweet Sheets Perth in asserting any available defences.

*Payments*
When placing the order for your edible image, a full payment is required before postage or collection of your order.
Monies are payable upon acceptance of the order by Sweet Sheets Perth.

*Changes to Design*
In most cases, we will be able to accommodate changes to the design (depending on the notice given and how far to completion your order is). Where design changes involve more cost and/or effort than quoted, there may be an additional charge applied.

*Food Allergy Disclaimer*

Sweet Sheets Perth makes every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those individuals with food allergies. Because of the number of different ingredients used, it cannot be guaranteed that every allergen in the food served will be identified and labelled. Consumers that are concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.
Please, refrain from ordering from Sweet Sheets Perth if you have any type of severe food allergy or serious dietary restriction.
Sweet Sheets Perth will not assume any liability/damages for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating Sweet Sheets Perth.

*Cancellations*
If you decide to cancel your order after the deposit or monies is paid, a full refund will be applicable if the order has not already been printed. Sweet Sheets Perth will print your order within a day or two after being accepted.

*Delivery & Collections*
Sweet Sheets Perth only provides a postage or collection service.
Sweet Sheets Perth only uses Express Post through Australia Post and cannot guarantee a delivery time, therefore if postage is required; please place your order within ample time. Once the image has been posted, Sweet Sheets Perth will provide you with a tracking number, from this point you as a customer are solely responsible for how the image is received and will not hold Sweet Sheets Perth reliable for any loss and/or damages.
Acceptance of the image indicates that the image has been delivered / collected in good condition. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to the goods after delivery / collection has taken place.
Where collection has been pre-arranged, anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be taken to have been authorised to receive the goods by you.
Sweet Sheets Perth cannot be responsible for print care, storage and transportation once the print is given to the customer.
