Martial arts patterns and forms to music incorporating dance from hip hop to contemporary.

This is great for co-ordination, fitness and technique!

Students do not belt grade, but if they wish to learn correct technique and aspire to a black belt in Koshu Kémpo Karate Australian Martial Arts then they can join our family class on Thursdays at 6.15pm at Countryfit as well as the Tuesday class.

The Showmanship class is not about technique or self defence, it is more about fun and fitness.
