Shoe Boxes of Love

Established in 2011, Shoe Boxes of Love (SBOL) was an organic, grass roots, community response to the floods that devastated much of Queensland. The support from the local community was so overwhelming, that SBOL was established permanently as a not-for-profit organisation, so that we can continue providing love, hope and support to those affected by disaster.

To date, SBOL has provided over 13,500 shoe boxes of love to communities affected by floods, fires and cyclones. That's nearly 20 shoe boxes delivered each and every day for the past two years!
