Shin Ki Do Kai Karate is a strong traditional karate. The head instructor Brian Anyos has trained for 40 years in Karate.
Shin ki do kai karate teaches discilpline, manners, respect, self-respect, confidence, self defence and community values.

We practice all elements of karate, kata and kumite, weaponry (including bo, jo, escrima, nunchuku, sai, tonfa, samurai sword and kubotan)
As well as self defence, ju-jitsu, kickboxing, boxing, weightloss, weight management, strength and conditioning and elements of all other martial arts.
When teaching kumite we teach non-contact kumite, full contact kumite and tournament kumite as well as competitive kata for tournaments.
