Set mostly on the ground level with three of the bedrooms, family bathroom, billiard room, lounge room with French slow combustion fire place, the kitchen and outdoor dining areas. The bedrooms on this floor have a king size bed in 2 of them, that can be separated into 2 single beds, and a kids room with 2 sets of bunk beds.

The second level is the private master suite with large spa ensuite, walk through robe, sitting area and large tiled balcony overlooking the beach and ocean to watch the whales.
