What is Bowen Therapy?
Bowen Therapy is a gentle bodywork that assists the body's own self healing response.
The relaxing yet dynamic moves on the skin assist in the release of nerves, muscles, ligaments, tendons & connective tissue (Fascia) that become entrapped causing pain &/or movement restriction.
Bowen also stimulates & rebalances the energy & fluid movement in the cells which allows the free flow of the nerve & hydration pathways.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
EFT is also known as tapping.
This technique is used to release the emotional response which can be the result of trauma, grief, loss, accident, childhood issues, stress or PTSD.
EFT can free you from phobias, fears, cravings, pain, addictions & conditioning patterns.
