Michael Kaff for the Senate

I am an INDEPENDENT Federal Senate candidate for Queensland.

There hasn't been a Gold Coast Federal Senator since 1984, that's now 33 years.

The Gold Coast is the 6th largest Australian city and deserves its own representation in the Federal Senate.

I know that many Queenslanders and Australians generally, are extremely concerned and even annoyed at the behaviour and policies of our federal politicians.

The Senate is a house of review for our federal legislation and government. It is important that it isn't simply a rubber stamp for the government of the day.

The Senate serves Australia best when it includes a diversity of opinion and is not dominated by a single political party or ideology.

Major parties do not want Independents in the Senate because it prevents them from being able to simply pass any legislation they wish without adequate scrutiny.

The Independent Senators provide YOUR best opportunity to ensure that draconian or simply bad legislation cannot be forced through parliament without proper review.

I have helped people all my adult life to follow their hearts and succeed in their endeavours, be it personal or business. Now I want to be the voice for those unheard in parliament and to help as many as possible, not only to succeed, but to excel.
