In the future, I hope that more health professionals will consider the holistic aspects of recovery. Beyond ordering endless tests, prescribing generic medications or recommending hearing devices that may lead to co-dependency behaviours.
This process includes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects for each person to explore in their own way, without judgment.
