Sea Yoga is an intimate space with a beautiful, healing vibe created to nurture each individual to find connection, balance, strength, flexibility and relaxation. Relaxation is healing and brings us back into our core. At our core, we are peaceful. At Sea Yoga we recognize that there is no one size fits all approach to yoga. We honour each individual and conduct individual and small group sessions by booking only. Classes are tailored to each individual's needs at that particular moment always with the intention of equilibrium. Our aim is for students to walk out with a deepened connection and reverence for their bodies and a sense of freedom and relaxation. At Sea Yoga we care about how you feel in each pose and encourage sensing within. This approach challenges you to deeper levels of awareness and stimulates positive change in the body, mind and soul. We understand that yoga cannot be found outside yourself – it is already within each of us.
