WELCOME TO SACRED FOUNDATIONS and my Facebook Page.

The name Sacred Foundations evolved after listening to my intuition on what I was trying to focus on when supporting others through any of the modalities I do.

We strengthen our physical core with exercise so that it forms a strong foundation that is also flexible for our body to move and stay strong.

We have other bodies as well, our mental, our emotional and spiritual bodies.

My Aim and Intention with the work I do, is to strengthen the core of these bodies so that strong foundations are laid, and we can move, grow and evolve with a solid base, whilst still being flexible to go with the flow and ebb of life and maintain our own uniqueness and sacredness.
