RTO Mentor is an RTO consultant service. The RTO services include RTO set-up, compliance, rectification advise / support. We are facilitators and mentors specialising in helping RTO businesses to be successful, compliant and providing training their students value.

With over 35 years working in the training industry, and managing RTOs Merinda understands the pressures upon RTOs and what happens when training is the key focus and compliance is sometimes left unattended.

Clients come to us because they are concerned about failing audits, or just want to make sure everything is going along well.

We provide consultancy, workshops and coaching via the internet and face to face around Australia.
