Rough House

Rough House was built with the goal of creating and facilitating the next generation of competitive and non-competitive athletes within Trinidad and Tobago. One of our many aims are to have athletes represent our talented islands on the world's biggest stages at amateur and professional levels. Currently our athletes compete and have been successful in such disciplines as Judo, Submission Wrestling, Boxing, Kick-Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). They have represented both Rough House and Trinidad and Tobago both regionally and internationally.

In addition to training competitive athletes, we have developed our classes to be beneficial to non-competitors who wish to experience an alternative and functional form of physical training that may not have been available to them in the past. Due to the nature of MMA - its techniques and intensity of its training methods many non-competitors have found it a new practical and enjoyable way to stay healthy.
